American Fibertek MX7-PoE+ Series Overview

The MX7-PoE+ Series transmits and receives (1) copper 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet signal at the RJ45 port and (1) optical 1000 BASE-X over two optical fibers. The MX7-PoE+Series supplies power at the standard IEEE802.3af/at power levels. The auto-sensing function can supply power to PD device (IEEE802.3af/at standard). The system is designed to be completely transparent with auto negotiation feature which automatically configures the unit for the correct speed (10/100/1000BASE-T). Auto MDI/MDIX operation eliminates the potential need for crossover cables. Diagnostic indicators provide a quick visual indication of system status. Equipment may be used alone or mounted in the RC7-14 subrack.
