Delivery in 1-3 business days for standard shipping across the 48 contiguous U.S. states (90% of packages arrive within 3 days). For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, expect 4-5 business days. Business days count Monday through Friday, excluding UPS holidays.

Orders placed by 5PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day.

Please allow extra time for:

• Out-of-stock items
• Large or heavy products requiring freight or ground shipping (including select TVs)
• Items shipped directly from the manufacturer
• Orders going to PO Boxes, remote locations, APO/FPO addresses, and other U.S. territories

APO/FPO Addresses: We ship via insured Priority Mail. Charges reflect package size and weight. Delivery times vary due to military mail handling and usually take about 7-14 days after reaching the military post office.

International Orders: Import duties, taxes, or VAT may apply upon arrival in your country. These costs are your responsibility.

Heavy or large items, including some TVs, require freight shipping. Available to most U.S. physical addresses except certain Alaska and Hawaii locations. Call 1-800-955-5201 for details.

Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days; longer for remote areas.

Important: Someone must be available to receive and sign for the freight delivery during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM). The driver will deliver to your door or lobby but will not assist with unpacking or installation.

Keep packaging materials in case you need to return or move the product.

Please inspect freight shipments immediately for damage or missing items and notify us within 3 business days to file any claims.
