American Fibertek MX7-FX-PoE Series Overview

The MX7-FX-PoE Series transmits and receives (1) copper 10/100BASE-TX Ethernet signal at the RJ45 port and (1) optical 100 BASE-FX over two optical fibers. The MX7-FX-PoE Series supplies power at the standard IEEE802.3af power level to a PD device. The system is designed to be completely transparent with auto negotiation feature which automatically configures the unit for the correct speed (10/100BASE-TX). Auto MDI/MDIX operation eliminates the potential need for crossover cables. Diagnostic indicators provide a quick visual indication of system status. Equipment may be used alone or mounted in the RC7-14 subrack.
