These cards are intended for use with Keri Systems access control readers that support MIFARE DESFire EV3 credentials, providing a highly secure, cryptographically protected alternative to legacy proximity credentials.

MIFARE DESFire EV3 is the fourth generation of the MIFARE DESFire product family, backward compatible with previous generations and Common Criteria EAL5+ certified, supporting secure and flexible multi-application management on a single card.
