The NC1010TB-MS4NC from Nascom is a stick on magnet only, breakoff end mount flanges with mounting screws & no cover, brown. Nascom's NC1010T is a mini surface mount screw terminal wide gap switch and magnet set with breakoff screw hole mounting tabs.
