Camden Door Controls CM-84BB-BRZ 4.5" Aluminum Surface Box Sideload Retro Fit Kit, Bronze Finish

The Camden CM-84BB-BRZ is the bronze-finish aluminum surface back box retrofit kit for Camden's CM-84 series 4.5"-wide Side Load Column push plate switches. It is functionally identical to the CM-84BB-BLK but in a bronze anodized finish — the correct selection when the surrounding architectural hardware, door frames, or interior design scheme calls for a bronze color palette rather than black or clear aluminum.

• CM-84 Side Load Column switches are installed by mounting the activation plate directly onto the back switch assembly with six screws; designed for use when an obstruction above prevents use of a Top Load model; incorporates an enclosed back box; ideal when the back of the switch is visible, when selecting Kinetic wireless or DPDT switches, or when mounting on narrow curtain wall
• 4.5"-wide aluminum surface back box: provides surface-mounting platform for the CM-84 column switch where in-wall mounting is impractical; the retrofit (BB) format enables addition of a compliant column switch to existing surfaces without demolition
• Bronze anodized aluminum finish: the architectural bronze tone coordinates with bronze-finish door hardware, frames, and architectural metalwork in hospitality, commercial, and institutional settings
