The device functions as both a card reader and a scramble keypad, enabling user identification by combining the reading of an RFID card with the entry of a personal keypad code. The scramble keypad changes the number layout on the screen to prevent others from observing your key input. This feature also helps to reduce the risk of unauthorized access that could occur from worn-out keys, which may reveal indications of user PINs.

With its various operating modes (card, key, or card followed by key), the keypad can identify individuals or activate additional functions, such as triggering the intrusion alarm.

Modular Design (QR Code Add-On)

Allows for additional QR and Biometric modules, enabling you to issue QR Codes from within Borealis via email – perfect for temporary access at your buildings/facilities.

Customizable Screen

You can combine elements like logos, instructions, and images on the keypad for easy display with a simple screen touch.
