The 74R1-119 from Adams Rite is a UltraLine electric strike for rim type exit devices in satin black anodized. The 74R1 Series Electric Strike is specifically designed for rim exit devices with 3/4" Pullman type latchbolt. It provides remote electrical control, allowing the door to open without actuation of the exit device. This semi-mortised strike is designed for rim exit devices featuring 3/4" Pullman type bolts without auxiliary bolts and opens electrically under 35 lbs. of preload.
