The 4513-16-IB from Adams Rite is a Standard Duty Deadlatch Lock, 7/8" Backset, Less Strike, RH or LHR, Zinc Plated. The 4510 Series includes a reverse turn of the key while the bolt is held retracted to allow for two-way traffic, making it ideal for hospitals, banks, stores, and other buildings that require controlled entrance and exit. This lock is easily interchangeable with any MS1850A or MS1850S Deadlock of the same backset and faceplate shape without modifying the stile.

• Bolt Holdback: While bolt is held fully retracted, a reverse turn of the key retains the bolt, allowing the door to be free-swinging, enhancing accessibility.
• Cylinder Backset: 7/8”, 31/32”, 1-1/8” or 1-1/2” only; offers flexibility to fit various door configurations.
• Case: Measures 1” x 5-13/16” in depth (varies by backset), constructed with steel and coated with corrosion-resistant plating for durability.
• Latchbolt: 1/2” x 1” x 1/2” throw, all metal construction with hardened internal pins; handing is reversible without special tools for easy installation.
• Auxiliary Bolt: All metal, deadlocks the latch bolt to prevent ‘loiding’ or case-knife entry, enhancing security.
• Strikes: Comes with standard 4902-01 strike for flat jambs; optional strikes available for various door configurations, ensuring compatibility.
• Cylinder Cam: Operable by any standard mortise cylinder with MS® cam; cylinders with MS® cams readily obtainable from many manufacturers.
