The 4511W-35-102-335 series Deadlatch offers maximum flexibility of traffic control during and after business hours. While the bolt is held fully retracted, a reverse turn of the key retains the bolt, allowing the door to be free swinging for two-way traffic in hospitals, banks, stores, and other buildings. This product is designed for easy interchangeability with any MS1850A or MS1850S Deadlock of the same backset and faceplate shape, although it does not provide the same high level of security as the MS Deadlock.
