Where our original PWR-EPOE-16 was strong, version 2 is even stronger. The -V2 version adds upgraded POE management features while keeping the original’s IT manager pleasing control tracking skills. With PWR-EPOE-16-V2, POE power stays on during a soft switch reset (including a web reboot, import configuration, or FW upgrade) so camera power never falters. PD Alive monitors switch PD status performance in real-time monitoring to keep it alive, and you can even schedule power to turn on/off on selected ports to save energy.
ADVANCED MANAGEMENT 2 HIGH POE PORTS
PWR-EPOE-16-V2 can deliver up to 60W of HI-PoE power (IEEE802.3bt) on ports 1-2. These “orange ports” dish out up to 60W for power-hungry cameras like PTZs and multi-head panoramic cameras and up to 30W on ports 3-16. Intelligent POE delivers priority power supply for ports with smaller port numbers to keep your most essential cameras live.
