The POE1000IL from Triplett is a power panel jack and PoE tester. Designed to test power over ethernet (PoE), voltage, wattage, cable pair location, end/midspan, data switch speed, and other parameters on CAT5 or CAT6 networks. It features a VoIP and IP camera load simulator and a link pulse transmit button as well as having a built-in tone generator and port beacon. The unit is powered by the included 9-volt battery and has an auto-shutoff function to preserve battery life.
