FFEXTTM Freeform Series Flexible Extensions for drill bits are designed for a variety of unique drilling situations. Made to handle high torque loads, yet still allow needed flexibility for better control. This series enables the installer to drill through the top and bottom plates and multiple fire blocks from the same entry point, making a two story (or beyond) retrofit installation quick and easy. The FFEXTTM series has the ability to follow through a hole as small as 3/8” without sacrificing strength or flexibility. The unique 3 set screw configuration insures a secure compression lock. These extensions are ideal for low voltage wire paths that utilize smaller drilled holes with increased speed and efficiency.
