The ICRealtime S45-1500 is an unshielded pass-through RJ45 modular plug for Cat5e UTP LAN cables — wire conductors are inserted straight through the front of the plug rather than trimmed before insertion, simplifying and speeding termination compared to standard (non-pass-through) RJ45 plugs.

Features

• Unshielded pass-through RJ45 (8P8C) modular plug; designed for 24 AWG solid Cat5e UTP and 28-26 AWG stranded LAN cables, wire conductors 0.95–1.05mm, max cable OD 6.5mm (0.255")
• Pass-through design: wire conductors are pushed straight through and out the front of the plug before trimming flush — faster and more forgiving termination process than standard RJ45 plugs, which require precise pre-trimming before insertion
• 3-Prong Pin Design with 50µ true 24ct gold plating, the same premium contact design used across the entire Simply45/ICRealtime plug lineup, rather than the 2-prong design common on competing pass-through plugs
