The CA-USBSERV from Alpha is an AlphaEntry Serial to USB Adapter designed to be used with a variety of AlphaEntry, QwikBUS and other hardware components that have a 9-pin 'Din' serial connector and need to connect to a PC's USB connector, when a serial connector is not available. The CA-USBSERV device provides a simple and easy way to connect Universal Serial Bus (USB) into Serial port interfaces. With the advantage of a USB port, users have the capability to utilize the peripheral with serial port interface in an easy to use environment such as plug and play & hot swap function(s). This adapter is designed with a data transfer rate of over 1Mbps.
