- Perfect Plug and Play IP Video Camera Distance Extender 0 people found this helpfulThe Altronix eBridge1PCRT Receiver/Transceiver kit enabled us to easily extend a IP camera about 1000' from the the NVR using RG59 shielded coax. Perfect plug and play, the only thing we also needed to buy was a 24V Class 2 power supply to power the receiver module that supplies the POE out to the camera. The POE works perfectly and the video signal from the camera to the NVR is excellent despite the long distance. This was an affordable and very simple solution to our long-distance surveillance need.
