The DX-40 is a PIR and microwave sensor combined detector from Optex that is able to provide an application with an enhanced operation to increased efficiency. The DX-40 PIR detector comes with a 1.5 to 2.4m mounting height, a 12 x 12m range, Quad Zone with 82 detection zones, as well as fail-safe technology that allows for the switching from microwave operation to single PIR operation if the microwave operation fails. The DX-40 PIR detector also features a compact and attractive stylish design, multi-focus optic adjustments, temperature compensation logic, small animal immunity, and is able to offer effortless installation within many applications.
