- Works after 3 hours of set up 0 people found this helpfulI required an mjpeg feed without using activeX. This camera most likely works very well if all you want is a solution that requires activeX. I needed a formatted URL that would provide an MJPEG feed. After emailing customer service, i got a quick phone response and an email explaining what i needed to do. Unfortunately, the information in the email was incorrect. The accompanying URL command doc did help, however. I had looked for such a doc on ACTi's website, but their documentation center was difficult to search/use. All in all, the camera is now working and looks great. The camera hardware itself is beautiful. Well designed, with several small details that make installation easier (screws that dont fall out when upside down, a case that is attached to the base via a cable, etc).
