The DM-RAID5-R8-16T0 from Dedicated Micros is a 16 TB Raid 5 external drive storage (8x hot swappable 2TB drives). RAIDs are high capacity external hard disk expansion units that provide additional long-term storage capabilities for Dedicated Micros digital video recorders. Each RAID gives DM DVR and Video Server users up to an additional 6TB of storage. With the option to attached multiple RAID units to models, users can benefit to up to 26TB of additonal storage per DVR or Video Server.
