The 449CSTE is a 4-wire self diagnostic photoelectric smoke detector from GE Security that is designed to promote and deliver high operating functions when installed within areas that may be prone or at high risk of a fire outbreak. The 449CSTE smoke detector comes with a 6.1-inch detector head diameter, a field-replaceable optical chamber, a 135.0 °F fixed heat detection rate, as well as advanced false alarm immunity, and a low profile design. The 449CSTE smoke detector also features an on-site maintenance alert, a test and hush feature, a 1.85-inch detector head depth, plus intelligent self diagnostics, a white colored appearance, and a plug-in terminal block. This smoke detector is designed to promote high operation, and is user friendly within many applications.
