Capable of connecting to a serial port on your PC or via an included RS-232 to USB converter cable, the PB-100 enhances communication capabilities. Accompanied by a CD containing application software, it simplifies the programming of various Viking products, ensuring seamless functionality.

For poll monitoring, the software allows users to schedule calls to each phone, verifying IDs and enabling mic and speaker tests, logging results for record-keeping. In programming mode, it effectively manages resident information and access codes while also supporting audio recordings through standard telephones connected to the PB-100.
