The HTU2D-267A-A from Bosch is a UHF handheld transmitter designed for use with the RE-2 series wireless microphone receivers. The transmitter features an A-band frequency of 648 to 676 MHz with 43 to 48 TV channels. It also has an internal 1/2 wave antenna.
The HTU2D-267A-A includes the N/D 267a cardioid condenser microphone head. The cardioid polar pattern is effective in minimizing noise and ambiance at the off-axis sections of the capsule. The high output neodymium magnet improves signal to noise ratio. The result improves gain before feedback when using nearby monitor speakers. The transmitter will operate up to eight hours on a single 9-volt alkaline battery.
