The CM-1090-7012-BZ from Camden Door Controls is a surface mount key switch, dpdt maintained, red 12v led mounted on faceplate, dark bronze (bhma 710, 313an). Camden CM-1000 key switches offer a vandal resistant 1/4" thick aluminum faceplate and are designed for high traffic outdoor or indoor use. They are supplied with a weatherproof gasket and cast aluminum surface mount box, with a 1/2" threaded conduit opening for wall, pipe, or pedestal mounting.
