The 792-BLK from HES is a faceplate for 7000 series in black finish. The 7000 series faceplate is perfectly designed for use with cylindrical locksets up to 5/8" throw. Its operation is such that after releasing the latchbolt, the keeper returns to the locked position. The 792 series faceplate is to customize the functionality of the 7000 series electric strike.
