Wireless Cameras

Wireless cameras use a transmitter and receiver to transfer images from the camera to the DVR or Monitor. They operate by line of sight, which means the transmitter and receiver must be visible to each other; no obstructions such as walls or trees can be present. Line of sight distances vary by camera model but some transmitters and receivers can be placed up to one thousand feet apart. Wireless cameras are sold in both outdoor and indoor configurations and even come disguised as such diverse items as a teddy bear and a working radio for use as spy or nanny cameras.
