The VR1910-R3 from GE Security is a FM Video Receiver / Data Transceiver, MM, 2 Fibers, Rack Mount. The series video transmitter/receiver and data transceiver supports the simultaneous transmission of frequency modulation (FM) video and bi-directional data over one or two optical fibers. The modules are universally compatible with major CCTV camera manufactures and supports RS-232, RS-422, and 2-wire or 4-wire RS-485 data interfaces and all major data protocols. Modules within the series are available for use with multimode or single-mode optical fiber. Plug and Play design ensures ease of installation requiring no electrical or optical adjustments. The modules incorporate power, and carrier detects status indicating LED’s to monitor proper system operation. The modules are available in either stand-alone or rack mount versions.

I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
