The TLM-W from Louroe Electronics is a Wall Mount, Flush or Surface, Backbox included. Model TLM-W is a two-way speaker/microphone with an electret condenser microphone and 4” speaker, all within one housing. As part of a Louroe Audio System, it provides 2-way communication between the remote area and the Louroe base station. Included with the TLM-W are two back boxes for flush or surface mounting to a wall or flat surface.

I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
