The SM75T2N IP Network Ready housing also features an operating temperature from -20 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit, a 24 VAC power, a weight of 13lbs, as well as a 50 watt power consumption, and a universal mounting plate. I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
