Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO address via U.S. Postal Services (USPS). Choose the "USPS for A/FPO address" as the shipping method.
Please Note:
- There may be 1-2 business day delay in shipping by USPS method since we have to physically drop off the packages at a Postal Office.
- All USPS packages are shipped with return signature required to confirm the delivery.
- Please use AE or AP as the state for APO and FPO addresses.
Tracking your Order
On all order place via online, you will receive email notification that your order has been shipped.
You can track your package below:
After each shipment is release from our warehouse to UPS, you will be notified by email within 24-48 hours your tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number you may also enter it in the box provided below.

Drop Ship products
(All products that start with "PO" example: "PO10273") are shipped separately directly from our manufactuter/distribution and are tracked differently.
We will email you your drop ship tracking number separately, once we have been notified that the order has been shipped by our Drop Shipper.
Should your package not arrived as the schedule date stated on UPS tracking
report, please call us so that we can put a tracer on your delayed package.
Surveillance-video.com will do everything we can to help you track your
package, however we are not responsible for your lost or delayed package
once the package has been scanned onto the UPS tracking system.
It is the customers responsibility to give a shipping address that UPS will
be enable the package to be deliverable. The UPS driver at his discretion
may choose to leave the package at the door, if the package is left at the
door, then it becomes the customers responsibility. It is advisable that
the shipping address provided have someone to receive the package. There
may be an additional fee charge for incorrect address listed on the order
form, or for any change of address once the package has been shipped and
in UPS's pocession. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct
shipping address.
We ship all our shipment via the services that United Parcel Service provides
to all its customer. UPS does not guarantee delivery by a certain date, the
7-10 business shipping time frame is only a guideline. UPS does guarantee all
air shipments like 3day select, 2nd day and Next day, when these air shipments
are selected by the customer, we will ship using the selected air service,
in the event UPS delivers the package late, only the portion of the the air
services will be credited back to the customer. Please allow about 7 business
days to receive your order from the date you need them. Normal processing
time still applys even in air shipment.
Surveillance-video.com assumes no liability for packages left at the door.
It is highly recommended that the shipping address provided have an adult to
sign for the package.
Delivery of merchandise by UPS will take approximately 7-10 business days
shipping date (weekends not included) Shipments designated Next Day, 2 Day
and 3 Day will have priority and will arrive consecutively starting the day
after date of shipment. |
