You may return defective items to us within 30 days for replacement or refund (less shipping charges). After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.

All exchanged /returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Merchandise that is returned with missing items is subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
