The RCR-C is a range-controlled PIR radar motion sensor from GE Security that is suited to providing powerful operation in detecting unauthorized movement within a location. The RCR-C motion sensor comes with a white colored appearance, range-control technology, a radar-only mode especially for stealth mounting, as well as a white colored appearance, and Coverage-on-Demand™ for detecting objects in a specific area selected. The RCR-C motion sensor also features dual technology, a jumper switch that allows for easy adjustment of the range setting from 9-50ft when needed, an 80lb pet immunity, an ABS plastic body construction, a 5.8GHz microwave frequency, plus a 50' x 90°, 35' x 90° detection range, and compact size. This motion PIR sensor offers high operation in commercial, pet, or residential applications, and can be installed with ease.

I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
