Another feature of the Nuvico 16 is the 8 levels of compression, which give you the ability to record anywhere from DVD quality to analog VCR quality. The 2x zoom is another feature that can make for easy recognition. Using remote viewing and playback is one of the most powerful yet easy-to-use features included with this DVR. Each unit comes with a dedicated host ID. The DVR will automatically self reconfigure every time the IP address changes. This allows for a simple plug and play remote monitoring set up using a standard cable modem internet connection (no static IP needed).
