MuxLab, 500028, Stereo HI-FI Balun

The 500028 is a Hi-Fi stereo Balun from Muxlab that is able to allow the transmission of line level stereo unbalanced analogue audio through a Cat5 unshielded twisted pair copper cable in a point to point connection. The 500028 balun comes with a cost effective cabling solution, a 20 Hz to 20 KHz bandwidth, a color-coded RCA leads, quick adds, changes, and moves, as well as a 3250ft via Cat5 UTP cable. The 500028 balun also features a transparent transmission, a 100 ohms maximum audio source impedance, a 10k ohm audio receiver impedance, plus a 0.007% @ 1 KHz over a THD distance range, and a wide operating temperature. This high powered and reliable balun is able to offer effortless setup, and provides easy connection within many applications for fast and efficient operation.

I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
