MuxLab, 500012, Dual Audio-Video Balun

The 500012 is an audio/video VideoEase dual balun from Muxlab which is specially designed to allow the transmission of 2 baseband video channels and 2 audio baseband channels via 4 unshielded twisted pairs. The 500012 dual balun is ideal for use in commercial and home applications as a cost effective way to connect audio/video equipment via a twisted pair cable instead of a coaxial cable, and is able to be used in combination with the audio/video CCTV Muxlab 500200 hub for distribution to multiple monitors. The 500012 dual balun also features an RJ45 port, 4 x RCA connectors for video, an S-video 1000ft distance range, a composite video 2200ft distance, as well as a transparent transmission, a 15dB return loss, and a 2dB insertion loss. This dual balun is able to offer high operation is ideal for use with audio/video distribution, video-conferencing, dual audio/video systems, and S-Video systems.

I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
