The 500011 is a DB15F Monitor Side VGA balun from Muxlab which is specially manufactured to allow 1 VGA video channel to be easily connected with 4 twisted pairs. The 500011 monitor balun is deal for applications such as collaborative viewing, mobile presentations, convention centers, hotels, tradeshows, on-line advertising, video information displays, as well as retail kiosks, auditoriums, lecture halls, and classrooms. The 500011 balun also features support for 1280x1024 pixels, RJ45 twisted pair support, 1 x VGA connector, a 350ft distance range, plus an ABS fire retardant enclosure, a 15dB video signal return loss, a DC to 60MHz bandwidth, a transparent transmission, and a compact size. This useful monitor balun is able to offer simple setup, and provides high operation within many applications.

I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
