The IC107SAPWH from ICC is a Module, Stereo Audio, 3.5 Mm, White. The 3.5mm (1/8") modular jacks allows users to connect to headphone, microphone, infrared repeater devices, sound cards, and mp3 players from remote locations. The keystone jacks may be used in two or three conductor applications. Rear push-pin design allows for simple, fast connections to UTP cable or any 22-24AWG wire. This device is intended to provide easy installation of female 3.5mm modular jacks into any wallplates and Decorex inserts.

I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
