The FD7141 is an outdoor vandal proof day/night network dome camera from Vivotek that is designed for use in out locations in high risks environments where all types of weather and lighting conditions exists for 24/7 surveillance. The FD7141 vandal proof dome camera comes with a wide dynamic range CMOS sensor, a 3.3 to 12mm vari-focal lens, an in-built IR illuminator with an effective range of 15 meters, plus a removable IR-cut filter for day and night function, and a vandal-proof/weather-proof IP66 rated housing. The FD7141 day/night network camera also features a dual codec, real-time MPEG-4 and MJPEG compression, is able to detect tampering from blockage or spray painting, is PoE supported with an in-built heater, as well as consisting of a Linux 2.6 embedded OS, a resolution of 720 x 480 with a 1/3.3” CMOS image sensor, and a 1/30 to 1/15,000 second shutter speed. This network camera can be used in high risk areas, and comes user friendly for all operators.

I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
