The EX49MX4V0310bh-n is designed to be virtually impossible to grip or hang from. It is specifically designed for high-risk areas, such as hospitals or prisons where the camera helps to prevent at-risk persons from self-inflicted harm. It is totally vandal-resistant and engineered for reliability and performance.
The EX49MX4V0310bh-n takes advantage of Extreme’s latest imaging technology, including LXR-type CCDs and the innovative photocell-controlled Mechanical Filter camera. It features the in-camera VRB condition power to allow 12 VDC or 24 VAC operations while providing protection from surges, transient spikes and other electrical irregularities.
The EX49MX4V0310bh-n dome is packed with installer-friendly features, including Video Patch Leads (VPL) for “in-situ” video review on portable test monitors. The proprietary Pan-Tilt-Twist gimbal allows versatile positioning of the CCD and lens and instant centering of the video image. The internal fastening hardware is thermally and mechanically optimized for enhanced reliability. The EX49MX4V0310bc-n dome is conduit compatible for easy installation onto standard electrical fittings. The 3-10MM Varifocal, auto-iris lenses ensure excellent optical performance.

I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
