It is specifically designed for high-risk areas, such as hospitals or prisons where the camera helps to prevent at-risk persons from self-inflicted harm. It is totally vandal-resistant and engineered for reliability and performance.
The EX49MNX906bh-n takes advantage of Extreme’s latest imaging technology, including LXR-type CCDs and the innovative photocell-controlled Mechanical Filter camera. It features the in-camera VRB condition power to allow 12 VDC or 24 VAC operations while providing protection from surges, transient spikes and other electrical irregularities.
The EX49MNX906bh-n dome is packed with installer-friendly features, including Video Patch Leads (VPL) for “in-situ” video review on portable test monitors. The proprietary Pan-Tilt-Twist gimbal allows versatile positioning of the CCD and lens and instant centering of the video image. The internal fastening hardware is thermally and mechanically optimized for enhanced reliability.
