The D2100WDM is a RS232/RS422 data repeater from GE Security which can be used for delivering repeat and drop transmission of duplex and simplex EIA RS232/RS-422 data signals over 1 or 2 optical fibers. The D2100WDM data repeater comes with drop/repeat network architecture, solid-state automatic resettable current limiters, a 26 mile distance range, as well as a 100,000hr MTBF. The D2100WDM data repeaters also feature an 850nm wavelength, IPC standard circuit board support, hot-swappable modules, plus NTCIP compatibility, power/transmitter/receiver data status LED indicators, a 14dB power budget, and a 100kbps data rate. This powerful data repeater is suitable for many locations, and is reliable within any application.

I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
