The 521210003 is a security T-520SW Model Reader Kit from GE Security designed as an electrical box mount with Wiegand/S-F/2F formats, pigtails, an MR/J box, and an installation wrench. The 521210003 security reader kit alerts an internal alarm and advises security staff if the reader or perimeter has been breached, and allows easy migration to credential technologies for added convenience. The 521210003 reader kit also features status, alarm, and perimeter tampering tri-state LED/beep indications, a metal and non metal surface installation, a black colored finish, and a 6-16VDC power input. This quality security reader kit has a compatibility with 125kHz Proximity multi-vendor credential technologies such as HID Proximity, Corp 1000, Vicinity Smart Card, and Mifare, and is easy to use.

I have not hooked it up yet as this is new construction and you cannot have electronics in a building before the drywall goes up, but it was easy to select and arrived on time and when we asked for help to see if we could use RG6, they were helpful. What is not to like about S-V.com :)
